July 4th 2012 Fun at Otter Crest

This past July, JJ and his very generous family invited us to spend 5 days at Otter Crest Resort on the Oregon Coast.We had fantastic weather and a really fun time. Fingers crossed that we can make this an annual family outing.

Al and I took a filed trip to see the Japanese dock that the tsunami brought to our coast

While the girls shopped, the boys played a round of miniature golf at Salishan


One day Al and I gave the kids a break and took the g-kids to the aquarium in Newport.

The boys spent an afternoon at Rogue "shopping"



AJ taught all the kids how to fly his ridiculously tricky trick kite.
